Mermaid

"The Shark swallowed a mermaid. She was in the sharks belly and he swam into the mermaids bed. And then he went to sleep.
A witch heard him moving. The mermaid's father said, "Mermaid, where are you?" But she was asleep in the sharks belly. And she was not coming out. But the shark opened his mouth. She floated out onto her bed. The shark woke up. His teeth were stuck in the hallway."

This is Leah's second story of the night! I love that she has a beginning, middle and end to her tales! Even if it's not all quite clear to us, I love her imagination and her love of stories and books. Maybe we have a budding author on our hands?!
